If I could give 10 stars I would. They were incredibly patient working with us through the design process of our new kitchen. They were precise and thought of every little detail. We had issues with our contractor and they came out multiple times to answer questions and to assist. The cabinets are gorgeous, but more than anything, from a customer service experience, we couldn’t have asked for more.

Just a note to say how thrilled we are that everything has been going so smoothly w/ our kitchen ‘up-do’!  Darren Levy (Madison Home Improvement) and his team have been great to work with.  We left for Charleston and Savannah for a week, and returned to have all the cabinets installed and new paint.  Next day, appliances are in.  Wait a week, and the quartz countertops are here (today!). Mark installed most of the cabinet pulls, tile is being ordered and trim will happen soon.  Whew!

We’ll get you over here for a look and a kitty visit in the near future!

We loved our experience with Phinney Ridge Cabinets! The entire team (Tim Nolan, Tim Moser, and Katelyn Broxson) were all available to help is through every aspect of our entire kitchen cabinet remodeling process. Tim M. and Katelyn made helpful suggestions on the design aspects. And had incredible patience waiting for us to complete our research and timing issues with our contractor. We stretched a 4-6 week decision process into 9 months and they were ready to jump on top of things once we finally we’re ready to go!! And Tim Nolan worked with us once we had the contract signed to make sure our cabinets were installed on time. Our cabinets came in late (NOT due to any fault of Phinney) and we were in jeaopardy of losing a lot of time with our contractor, due to his tight schedule. Tim Nolan personally made sure our cabinets got delivered on time to our house and worked with us very closely to make that happen. We are so grateful for his dedication to top notch customer service and pride in his companys’ ability to deliver top quality service and products. We did consider going with a big box store, but are so glad we chose Phinney Ridge instead. The cost difference was minimal compared to the quality of service and products we received. We will be using them again when we do our next phase of remodeling. I highly recommend their services to any one thinking of updating or installing cabinets.
