Personalized cabinet design, exceptional quality, and a lifetime warranty

Our designers excel at helping you discover exactly what you want based on your preferences and needs. Our showroom provides a large variety of options to explore and consider. We offer a wide range of wood types, finishes, and door styles to choose from, including exotic woods and options for grain matching.

Here's how it works:

Step 1 - Initial Consultation

It all starts with a complimentary consultation in our showroom, by appointment. You just need to provide a rough layout of the space, including ceiling height, openings, obstructions, etc. Pictures of the space and any inspirational pictures are also helpful.

Your designer will assist you in selecting materials, styles and finishes and help refine functional and workflow requirements. The consultation generally takes 60-90 minutes. After that, the designer will create an initial design of your space and provide exacting pricing based on the complimentary design. Upon your approval we’ll move to the next step.

Step 2 - Detailed Design

Your designer will arrange a meeting at your home to take detailed measurements of your space. Your designer will also work with you to refine the design to achieve your desired vision, we do not charge design services for our cabinetry customers. Once the final design is completed, we create the final detailed design drawings and a specification document for your approval and submit your cabinetry order.

Step 3 - Cabinets Built

Your order is placed and the cabinets are built to the precise specifications. The Project Manager oversees the build process will keep you up to date on the progress through frequent status reports.

Step 4 - Cabinet Delivery

When completed, the cabinetry is shipped to our local delivery services warehouse where it is safely stored until you are ready for home delivery. Your project manager will work with you to coordinate a home delivery date and will be there on site to ensure everything arrives in good order at the delivery. Your project manager will also provide documentation to your installer and be available for any questions.

Step 5 - Installation Support

Your designer and project manager will be available during the cabinetry installation to support your installer with any questions or other support needs. Phinney Ridge Cabinet Company will always be available for support for the life of the cabinetry ownership.

Our cabinet suppliers are the best

You’re going to love the quality and craftsmanship of these cabinets. We work with two North American cabinet manufacturers, Sollera Fine Cabinetry and Crystal Cabinet Works, who specialize in building fine cabinetry – with beautiful finishes and solid construction. We work closely with them to ensure everything is built to specification and will fit perfectly. We are able to design cabinets to a 16th of an inch in height, width, depth and configuration.
